2012年，凭借电影《岁月无声》获得中国电影表演艺术学会金凤凰奖最佳新人奖。

2016年，凭借电影《七月与安生》获得第53届金马奖最佳女主角奖；同年，凭借电影《左耳》获得中国电影表演艺术学会金凤凰奖学会奖。

In 2012, Ma won the Golden Phoenix Awards for Best Newcomer for her performance in the film Time Flies Soundlessly.

In 2016, Ma won the Golden Horse Award for Best Leading Actress for her role in Soul Mate. The same year, she won 16th Golden Phoenix Awards for Society Award as her role in The Left Ear.
