主演过多部影视作品，包括电影《致我们终将逝去的青春》《前任攻略》《万物生长》《大话西游3》《前任3:再见前任》等等，票房口碑双丰收。近年作品电影《大侦探霍桑》《真三国无双》电视剧《失忆之城》等将陆续推出，并刚刚完成与奥斯卡获奖导演泷田洋二郎及主创团队拍摄的电影《闻烟》。

出道十三年来，多重身份，歌手、演员、制片人、赛车手，挑战各种极限运动及跨界业务。同时他热衷于公益事业，也是Lovelife公益计划内地发起人。

Han also stared a variety of films, including So Young, Ex-Files, Ever Since We Love, Chinese Odyssey Part Three, The Ex-File 3: The Return of the Exes etc., which had become major successes at the Chinese box office. Han's upcoming projects include The Great Detective, Dynasty Warriors, TV series Hard Memory.

As a singer, actor, dancer and producer, Han always challenges his limits and pursuits crossover developments. He is also well known for his philanthropy and was the initiator of charity project Lovelife.
